Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bixora.ai, a platform operated by VR Data Experts, based in Ontario, Canada (“Bixora.ai”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using Bixora.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and “you” refers to that company.
2. The Service
Bixora.ai provides:
- AI search visibility analysis (citation and visibility scanning of your public web presence);
- Google Ads account management tooling;
- Lead and call tracking, including provisioned tracking phone numbers;
- AI-based lead quality scoring;
- Offline conversion reporting to your Google Ads account;
- Landing pages; and
- A client portal.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
The service is for business use only. You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account, including activity by users you invite.
4. Client Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You have authority over the advertising accounts and websites you connect to Bixora.ai;
- You will provide any legally required notices and obtain any legally required consents for call recording and for data you submit about your customers;
- You will install the Bixora.ai tracking script only on websites you control; and
- Your use of Google services through Bixora.ai complies with Google’s policies, including the Google Ads policies.
5. Google Account Connections
When you connect a Google account, we act on your instructions within the scopes you grant. You may revoke access at any time. If Google suspends an advertising account you have connected, we may unlink or sever the manager connection to protect the platform and our other customers.
6. Fees & Credits
Paid features are billed via Stripe. Prepaid usage credits are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with notice. Taxes are your responsibility. Phone numbers carry recurring monthly charges while assigned to your account.
7. AI Outputs Disclaimer
Lead scores, recommendations, generated content, and visibility scores are produced by automated AI systems, may contain errors, and are provided for decision support only. We do not guarantee advertising results, search rankings, citation placement, lead volume, or cost reductions.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful content or campaigns;
- Send spam or unsolicited communications through the service;
- Attempt to probe, breach, or circumvent the security of the platform;
- Resell the service without a written agreement with us; or
- Use the service in violation of telephony regulations, including do-not-call rules and applicable call-recording laws.
9. Intellectual Property
The platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by VR Data Experts. Your data remains yours; you grant us a license to process it as needed to provide the service. Landing page content generated for you is yours once delivered.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other’s confidential information with at least reasonable care, use it only as needed to perform under these Terms, and not disclose it to third parties except as permitted here or required by law.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we will disconnect Google account links, release your tracking phone numbers (numbers may be lost and may not be recoverable), and delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless VR Data Experts from claims arising out of your content, your advertising campaigns, or your failure to obtain required consents, including call-recording consent.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
